Information obtained during the use of our referral services must not be disclosed or provided to third parties, both during and after use.

User Responsibility

Users voluntarily use our career support services and bear all associated responsibilities. However, this does not apply in cases where the company is guilty of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Regarding Working Conditions

Our company notifies users about working conditions from job postings, but users must confirm these conditions directly with the employer and enter into an employment agreement at their own discretion. Please note that the working conditions provided by our company do not guarantee the final details of the employment contract.

Disclaimer

• Unless intentional misconduct or gross negligence is present, the company is exempt from liability for the following:
• Our referral services do not guarantee the user’s employment or career change.
• Disputes regarding working conditions or contracts between employers and users are mediated by us but must be resolved by the user.
• Users are responsible for entering into employment contracts with employers.
• The company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, network outages, or other force majeure events.
• The company’s liability is limited to direct and actual damages arising from the service use.
• The company reserves all necessary rights for proper operation and management of referral services.

Scope of Job Categories

We handle all job categories except those prohibited by law for job referrals.

Fees

No fees are charged to registered users (job seekers).

Definition of Personal Information

Personal information refers to information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, academic and work history, which can identify an individual.

Purpose of Providing Personal Information

To provide optimal job support, it is necessary to understand the user's past experiences and preferences in advance. This enables us to guide them to suitable job postings.

Management of Personal Information

Personal information provided electronically is fully protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Internally, strict security measures are implemented to prevent data leaks.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information provided by the user will not be disclosed or shared with third parties without the user’s consent, except under the following circumstances:

• With the user’s consent.
• When disclosed as statistical data that cannot identify individuals.
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property, and obtaining user consent is difficult.
• When requested by legal institutions such as police or courts.
• When required by law.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Upon request, all stored personal information except evaluation data will be disclosed. If errors are found, corrections will be made promptly. If deregistration is desired or the following apply, the registration will be deleted:

• False statements regarding history, skills, or qualifications during registration or hiring.
• Intentional or grossly negligent damage to employers, workplaces, our company, or third parties.
• Actions causing harm to employers or our company, or damaging reputation or trust.
• Other objectively inappropriate actions as judged by our company.

Delegation of Personal Information Management

To ensure safe management of personal information, our company may delegate tasks to trusted external vendors under confidentiality agreements.

Internal Education

Based on personal information handling standards, our company regularly conducts educational programs, including training for new employees.

ご成約時の料金について

システム使用料として1人15万円

ビザの申請サポート料として10万円の合計25万円をお支払い頂きます。

その他、着任するまでの事前研修、着任後の日本語講習に関しては、別料金となりますがご提供できますのでご相談ください。

料金お支払い時期について

一括払い

内定が確定した時点でシステム内のPayPalより25万円、30万円のどちらかの決済をお願いたします。

分割払いの場合はご請求書にてご対応いたします。

採用が確定した月末時に10万円をお支払い頂きます。

採用者が着任した月の月末に残りの15万円をお支払い頂きます。

採用者が特定技能ビザで入国の方の場合

登録支援機関は株式会社エス・オー・エル・プラスとなります。

登録支援機関の月々の管理費は採用者給料の15%となります。

採用された自社での管理、他社の登録支援機関をご希望の場合はシステム使用料、及び紹介料として、30万円をお支払い頂きます。

※ビザサポート料金は含まれておりません。

ビザ取得サポートが必要な場合は別途費用がかかります。

ビザの取得ができない場合

ビザの申請時に御社側の書類不備、会社の法定的な整備の不備によってビザの取得ができない場合はビザ申請サポート料の70%をお支払い頂きます。

申請者本人が原因でのビザ取得ができない場合は、

ビザ申請サポート料の30%をお支払い頂きます。

採用者の退職時期の返金について

ご紹介料15万円の内

• 入社から1ヶ月未満　　80%
• 入社から3ヶ月未満　　50%
• 入社から6ヶ月未満　　10%

を返金するものとする。
